Pre-registration
Pre-registration is free and deeply discounted. We take your credit card but don’t charge until you accept the date. After enough people pre-register, we set the date, time and location. If you can make it, awesome, we ticket and charge you. If you can’t make it, no charge.
Multi-Session Workshops
Some workshops have multiple sessions. We schedule the first session as above. The remaining sessions are scheduled at that first session. We found it impossible to get agreement any other way!
Pricing, Pre-Reg, and Cancellation
If you pre-register, you get a significant discount, up to 20% off the registration price. Because we schedule the workshop based on your pre-registration, the cancellation policy for pre-registration is less lenient than for a a full price ticket. You get a credit if you cancel, but not a refund.
Cancellation and Refunds
We want you to be happy and we understand that life happens. Still, we are a small non-profit and need to be wise with our limited funds.
- Pre-Registered Ticket. If you pre-register, you get a deep discount. For workshops that are not sold out, you can cancel at any time after ticketing and get a credit for the full cost. Because we scheduled the workshop based on your pre-registration, no cash refunds.
- Full Price Ticket. If you pay full price, you get your money back if you cancel up to a week before the workshop. After that, you get a credit. The only exceptions are late cancelations to sold out workshops.
- Sold Out Workshops. In all cases, within three days of a sold out workshop, if you cancel, we’ll slot you into a future session of the workshop at no charge so long as it is not sold out. It’s like flying standby. We’ll get you in eventually!
