Greenhouse farming is a fun way to add homegrown food to your diet. For families, growing food builds resilience and commitment in kids. For adults it's a fantastic hobby. This hands-on workshop series takes you end to end through the full cycle of planning, building, planting and harvesting.
Stephanie Payne has a passion for helping small food producers. "“What I love the most is seeing the passion and dedication of small farmers to bring fresh food into their communities.” A well known leader in the agriculture community locally, Stephanie couples a science-based background with years of experience working in Central Oregon's tough farming environment.
