Workshop Leader
Rebecca Saul
Rebecca was born and raised as a city girl, but attended Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC, where she solidified her love of the agrarian lifestyle and desire to be self-sufficient. She began her goat journey in 2012 and two years later started Glimfeather Farms with a herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats. While she doesn’t make goat cheese commercially like she does her Farm-To Sink line of products that include soap, lotions and lip balms, she is an expert cheesemaker with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. Rebecca tries to source as many high quality, natural, local, and sustainable ingredients as feasible. She loves experimenting with new recipes and techniques and she looks forward to teaching you!

Partner
Glimfeather Farms
Founded in 2014, Glimfeather Farms focuses on ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens, American Guinea Hogs, and livestock guardian dogs. Their goat milk products such as soap, lotions, lip balms and shower steamers are sold through their Farm-To-Table business.
