Build a Better Taco

Tortilla Making workshop in progress

A great taco starts with a great tortilla, but it doesn’t stop there. Mayra will share practical nutrition insights that help transform taco night into a satisfying, balanced meal packed with flavor, fiber, protein, and ingredients that support overall wellness.

Community Potluck!

Potluck table

Nothing says community like a potluck. Breaking bread while building bridges, so to speak. This workshop will include a potluck, a chance to talk about what you are learning, share experiences, and get to know one another. We’ll supply the main protein. Please bring something along to share with your neighbors!
