Winter, spring, summer and fall, we’ll show you how to transform the freshest local foods into delicious, nutritious dishes your friends and family will love! Participants will learn why these seasonal ingredients are important for your health, how to select the best of what’s in season, and how to combine them into three fabulous dishes. Even parsnips!

With over thirty-five years of experience as a culinary instructor and industry consultant, Suzanne has inspired many to adopt a healthier lifestyle. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys hiking with a women’s group she started in Central Oregon five years ago.

What do I need to bring?

This is a demo, so you don't need to bring anything.  Dress comfortably.  There will be samples, so if you are like us and constantly drop food on yourself, consider a bib.  :)

Can I attend with my kid?

Yes! So long as you attend and you buy them a ticket!

What is School of Ranch?
